1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aesthetic Walls (aestheticwalls.app), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our Service provides dynamic wallpaper generation via custom URLs. All wallpapers generated are for personal use only.

2. Subscriptions & Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record where applicable. We offer multiple subscription tiers (Essentials, Pro, Premium). Prices, taxes, currency, and renewal details shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

Billing CycleSubscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

Full RefundWe offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases if the service does not function as expected.

CancellationYou can cancel your subscription at any time through the available Paddle billing controls. Features remain active until the end of the billing period unless Paddle states otherwise.

Plan ChangesUpgrading your plan takes effect immediately and is handled automatically via Paddle.

5. Service Availability

Aesthetic Walls is provided on an evolving, commercially reasonable basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including wallpaper templates and integrations, when necessary for security, maintenance, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every wallpaper will work on every future iOS or iPadOS release.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer the generation API or scraper wallpaper tokens.
Redistribute or sell wallpapers generated by the Service.
Use automated bots to request thousands of wallpapers per second (Rate limits apply).

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
